Excellent albumin protein especially for the affordable cost. The taste is not pleasant, but not too bad. Solubility good, some lumps may remain but nothing unbearable. So I recommend it and consider it a very good product.

Ottime proteine dell'albume sopratutto per il costo conveniente. Il sapore non è piacevole, ma poco male. La solubilità buona, può rimanere qualche grumo ma niente di insopportabile. Quindi lo consiglio e lo ritengo un ottimo prodotto.

I mix 40 g of egg white protein with 265 ml of water in a salad bowl and I cook 4 mn 30 in the microwave. After cooking, I add two organic egg yolks and 20 g of almond powder. It is perfect for a protein breakfast with healthy fats. It is also very practical to make pancakes by mixing it with oat flour. For a better assimilation of proteins, I advise to consume it cooked. Chicken raised in the open air so unbeatable value for money! It's over, I don't buy any more egg plates from hens raised in cages. It keeps for a very long time. Perfect for my daily needs.

Je mélange 40 g de protéine de blanc d'oeuf avec 265 ml d'eau dans un saladier et je cuis 4 mn 30 au micro onde. Après cuisson je rajoute deux jaunes d'oeuf bio et 20 g de poudre d'amande, c'est parfait pour un petit déjeuner protéiné avec des graisses saines. C'est aussi très pratique pour faire des pancakes ou des crêpes en la mélangeant avec de la farine d'avoine. Pour un meilleure assimilation des protéines, je conseille de la consommer cuite. Poule élevées en plein air donc rapport qualité prix imbattable ! C'est terminé , je n'achète plus les plaques d'oeufs de poule élevées en cage. De plus se conserve très longtemps. Parfait pour mes besoins de tous les jours.
