In other places I have found dehydrated egg whites but always with flavorings. I preferred the neutral flavor to be able to mix and cook. They do not spoil as they do with the liquid ones and their dissolution is quite good. I will repeat the purchase.

The taste
Let's see... I took this unflavored protein to avoid taking so much sweetener. The truth is that it does its job but the taste does not convince me. You pour it in milk, yogurt, etc. but that weird and salty taste is not masked. Sometimes I have had to add vanilla to make it less noticeable. I think I'll switch to lactose free and unflavored whey for the next one.
