I don't like proteins and even less so artificial as the ones in the market today, that's why I started using egg white and it works great, I mix it with milk, yogurt and to make smoothies and it has been a great discovery. Adding cinnamon is very top.

I use this protein in place of whey every day and I like it. The egg white is not diluted like whey, but I don't have any allergy or digestion problems with this one. I sometimes mix it with HSN pea protein. Good product and affordable price.

I use egg whites to make pancakes and with the 1 liter containers, sometimes they were too big and in the end I wasted product. With the dehydrated egg whites I can make them on demand, including using them for a specific dessert when I only need a small amount, which is super practical and much more economical than buying small 300ml jars of egg whites at the supermarket.
