Egg albumin powder neutral flavor is one of the best in HSN because you can combine it with whatever you want and it is not like liquid egg whites that you have to take them in a few days because otherwise they go bad. Since it is in powder form, it lasts a long time and is a basic in the pantry.

Best choice for me for protein intake
When you have a meal that is not very high in protein and you need an extra, this is ideal. When nutritionists talk about eat this or that and then this or that, in a normal home, with children, you can't put everything in a smoothie or in pancakes, or divided into this and that. You have to put a dish and a second, and a stew and some potatoes with cuttlefish, and pasta with tomato and .... and you are not going to make 2-3-4 different meals, come on. In other words, you eat as healthy as you can. But within all this, as I said, if you see that you lack protein, you can add a ladle or half a ladle to the soup, and ready, your goal in the food ready, without going over eggs with their yolks (I think that so much cholesterol is not good, one egg a day is good but 3 as they say around ....) but the white is another thing. This product in itself and only with water is bad but combined with soup, puree, or anything you can think of, it does not add flavor and the extra protein I need. I use it daily or even several times a day depending. This is the opinion of a parent who cooks at home.
Cuando tienes una comida que no es muy proteica y necesitas un extra, esto es ideal. Cuando hablan los nutricionistas de come esto o lo otro y luego esto otro, en una casa normal, con niños no puedes poner todo en batidito o en tortitas, o dividido en tal y cual cosa. Hay que poner un plato y un segundo, y un puchero y unas papas con chocos, y pasta con tomate y .... y que no te vas a poner a hacer 2-3-4 comidas distintas, vamos. Es decir, comes lo más sano que puedas. Pero dentro de todo esto, como dije, si ves que te faltan proteínas, pues le echas un cacito o medio a la sopa, y listo, tu objetivo en la comida listo, sin pasarte de huevos con sus yemas (creo que tanto colesterol no es bueno, un huevo al día vale pero 3 como dicen por ahí....) pero la clara es otra cosa. Este producto en sí y solo con agua es malo pero combinado con sopa, puré, o cualquier cosa que se te ocurra, no aporta sabor y sí el extra de proteínas que necesito. Lo uso a diario o hasta varias veces al día según. Es la opinión de un padre de familia que cocina en casa.
