I take this supplement 15 to 30 minutes before starting a large meal such as lunch. It is a fairly basic supplement that has only a small variety of basic enzymes for the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats from foods, lactase from dairy and cellulase from vegetables. Likewise, the amount of IU per enzyme in this supplement is quite low. Nevertheless, I have noticed a certain improvement in the digestion of large meals and also that I spend less time with a swollen stomach as a result of digestion.
Tomo este suplemento entre 15 y 30 minutos antes de iniciar una comida copiosa como el almuerzo. Es un suplemento bastante básico que tiene únicamente una variedad reducida de enzimas básicas para la digestión de los carbohidratos, proteínas y grasas de los alimentos, la lactasa de los lácteos y la celulasa de los vegetales. Igualmente la cantidad de UI por enzima que tiene este suplemento es bastante baja. No obstante y con todo, sí que he notado una cierta mejora en las digestiones de comidas abundantes y también que permanezco menos tiempo con la tripa hinchada producto de la digestión.
