For the price it is a very good option. I had previously tried other enzymes, with more variety and more potency, from other brands, but also much more expensive. These do their job, especially if you take them before meals (about 20 minutes before), when you foresee a heavy digestion. If you forget and take them afterwards, I notice that the digestion is not so hard but I have the feeling that the effect is less. The tablet is not excessively large and does not have strange flavors (other brands do, and odor). I have bought again.

Estas hacen su efecto, sobre todo si las tomas antes de las comidas (unos 20 minutos antes), cuando preveas una digestión pesada. Si se te olvida y las tomas después, yo noto que la digestión no es tan dura pero me da la sensación de que el efecto es menor. La pastilla no es excesivamente grande y no tiene sabores raros (otras marcas sí lo tienen, y olor). He vuelto a comprar.
