I take it as intra-training

I have been taking it for several years as an intra workout and it works very well, I have tried several flavors and they are all good. I think amino acids are essential and the HSN ones are very good.

Amino acids

These amino acids are well priced compared to the competition but for my taste they lack important amino acids. The lemon flavor is rich although of course it is sucralose which is quite sweet. In short, these amino acids are good value for money.
