I love it

I tried the orange flavor before and, although it was tasty, I found it too sweet. The lemon flavor, however, was not, so I will repeat with this one.

Excellent taste

I take it mixed with water during training and it tastes great and also gives you those essential amino acids you need.

I use them intra-workout, I think they are a very good supplement to have amino acids in the blood during training.

Good dissolution and flavor

In a glass with a spoon it dissolves very fast, do not shake too much because it will create foam, good flavors.

I get less exhausted

I feel like I get less exhausted during training and stay better hydrated than with just water. Since it's a little bitter the orange flavor I think it goes great with it, although some people don't like it.

Good dissolution and good taste

Essential amino acids that have better dissolution than other brands I have tried and about its flavor, I usually buy the orange one. Essential amino acids usually have a bitter taste, but in this case it is quite camouflaged. About its effectiveness, it is difficult to demonstrate or note that it is effective or not.

Well

The truth is that it is very effective and if you take it regularly, the taste is good and it melts well.
