Satisfied with the performance of this temrogenic. It may be milder than others, but I like that it doesn't make my heart race and I can take it at night without it disturbing my sleep.

The important thing is stress

On the temperature it is not very significant but on the stress it seems to help me and I think that also at the fecal level with this supplement I have only been using it for 3 days and there is still a lot to evaluate.

Super awesome!!!

Since I take it I don't feel cold at all, I feel that it increases my body heat. For a better assimilation of capsaicin which is liposoluble, I open the capsule and mix it with rapeseed oil, does not sting at all with the oil and acts more quickly. Excellent product, I did not think it could warm me up to this point and this all day, it is really great. It accelerates the metabolism and its association with ginger makes it an excellent quality product. Its results by taking only one capsule/day, then if you take two/day it is the sauna assured!

Powerful thermogenic

I use it in preworkout by opening 1 capsule in my shaker along with the drink mix. It gives a pleasant sensation of heat in the face and body, marked thermogenic effect.
