Very good feeling
I have tested it after a couple of long bike rides and the truth is that it has nothing to envy from other brands. So far very happy with the result. The watermelon flavor is quite successful. As constructive criticism: For those of us who drink it in the water bottle when we get home, the dipper is huge, so it practically spills everything, since the mouths of the water bottles are much smaller. It would be nice to have a slightly smaller dipper, even if you have to refill it a couple of times.

Watermelon rica rica
I bought the watermelon flavor and it tastes great. As for the effectiveness, I reserve it for the days of high load that is when I really notice it.

I ordered fruit punch and taste similar to a lollipop, maybe something sweet. Very happy with the result, I was looking for a supplement to combine crossfit and water polo training.

It has fulfilled what was indicated, I notice the improvement after taking it, to improve the taste although it is not bad and the container better canister than bag, it stains less and is served better, the current container stains your hands and the closure fails. Thank you
Gracias

All good
The fruit punch flavor is very good, I would call it more of a red lollipop flavor. Helps to recover, it is noticeable the day after the releases.
