Very complete recuperator

Definitely the most complete recuperator, ideal for not having to be throwing a thousand things to the shaker after training, more comfortable impossible. And the orange flavor is very successful

Complies

A good recuperator after prolonged exercise. I run marathons and I use it after exercise with water and at night before going to sleep with milk. The result together with a good diet is unbeatable. The taste could be improved but I do not focus on it since I prioritize performance.

Good taste

Faithful watermelon flavor, a little sweet but good.

Good recovery

I had been taking others for some time and they did not convince me, especially at the digestive level. With the HSN one, I have been taking it twice and it seems to be going much better. And the orange flavor with cold water is perfect
