I really like high-dose b vitamins, I don't have a regular diet, and I benefit a lot from them. Some people more than others need much higher dosages than rda. It is not difficult to check one's deficiency status with even fairly simple methods. Non è difficile verificare il proprio stato carenziale con metodi anche abbastanza semplici. I bought this product because unlike most "vitamin B complexes" it also contains PABA, biotin and choline. This is the main plus point for me. The tablet size is reasonably ok. I usually have problems with large tablets. These ones are more like medium size. I can handle that.
