I was expecting more effect but it's fine

I did not buy this product to lose weight, nor to satiate myself, but because of a transit problem I have, and for that the effectiveness has been less than I expected. I have taken better products for that, but well, this one works and has the advantage of being easier to dissolve and more pleasant to take. I find it a bit expensive but compared to other brands the HSN one is downright cheap. It could also dissolve better but I'm not complaining, the truth is that it dissolves better than I expected. I don't think I will repeat but it is not a bad product at all.

No compré este producto para perder peso, ni saciarme, sino por un problema de tránsito que tengo, y para eso la efectividad ha sido menor a la que esperaba. He tomado productos mejores para eso, pero bueno, este funciona y tiene la ventaja de que es más sencillo de disolver y más agradable de tomar. Me parece algo caro pero comparado con otras marcas el de HSN es francamente barato. También podría disolverse mejor pero no me quejo, la verdad es que se disuelve mejor de lo que esperaba. No creo que repita pero no es un mal producto en absoluto.
