L-lysine powder
Essential
It is appreciated that HSN makes available this essential amino acid for the body in such a convenient presentation. I require high doses, so taking capsules is really hard for me. The powder presentation is really convenient, and the packaging is very practical. Once I receive it, I transfer it to a glass container with an airtight seal.

L-lysine powder
I take it to prevent and stop episodes of herpes simplex.
I like it because it is easily diluted in water, if it is warm it is even easier. It helps me to balance the lysine-arginine ratio, I am a carrier of herpes and if I take this care I hardly have episodes and when I have them very quickly they end. I also buy the pills that I always carry in my purse or travel but at home I prefer to take the powder version.
