I think it is a good supplement because it also incorporates resveratrol. What I miss is more Vitamin D3 (since in winter some of us don't even get the sun by mistake) and the subsequent Vitamin K2, so that we don't have to take it separately. Other than that, it is fine.
Me parece un buen suplemento porque además incorpora resveratrol. Lo que echo de menos es más cantidad de Vitamina D3 (ya que en invierno a algunos no nos da el sol ni por equivocación) y la consiguiente vitamina K2, para no tener que tomarla aparte. Por lo demás bien.
