What a blessing!
I clearly saw the difference in terms of digestion, gas etc. and a better mood (serotonin is very much in the stomach, it's the human body's second brain...). A great supplement to take as a course of treatment or year-round (even if it's not necessarily necessary given the rather expensive price, but use it strategically when you feel the need).

Since I had helicobacter pylori, my stomach has not been completely fine. A lot of times, after meals, my stomach gets upset. I bought these probiotics to see if they would take away that discomfort and so far (I've been on them for a week), they have been working great. I haven't had any discomfort after meals.
