Do not abuse its use

CFU is a measure of the number of viable microorganisms in a probiotic product. Viable microorganisms are those that are alive and able to reproduce.

Correct product

Product correct in composition and good value for money compared to other brands. The only factor to improve is that it contains fermentable fibers, which makes it incompatible with a low FODMAP diet and may cause discomfort to those who are sensitive or intolerant.

Good variety and formulation of strains

This is the first time I use HSN probiotics and I have opted for the gastrointestinal version because it has the largest number of different strains (11). Very good formulation of genera and species, highlighting Lactobacillus plantarum, for intestinal inflammation, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus, ideal for digestion of dairy products, as well as Bifidobacterium genus for digestion.
