Good dissolution, very good strawberry flavor I used to use oatmeal for my shakes and decided to try this rice flour because the oatmeal made me have some stomach difficulties and with this rice flour problem solved totally recommended.

It melts beautifully and hardly adds any flavor to my protein shakes (I chose the unflavored one). The price is quite reasonable and the delivery is very fast. The packaging could be rigid for large quantities but the bag closes well.

It is the first time I buy it and it was to add to the post-workout shakes to reach the required hydrates according to the macros to see if I gain some volume this winter in order to dry in the summer. The truth is that I was surprised how well it dissolves and how well it sits in the shake, gives some more texture without adding flavor (in my case I took unflavored) and very good digestion.
