Fiber

Chocolate-flavored fiber powder, what more could you ask for? It's like drinking a colacao and it satiates you.

Very good flavor

Good format, very successful flavor and very useful with the dispenser included. We all take it at home and we like it and it hardly adds calories.

Good taste

It dissolves well, but when hot milk is poured in it makes caramelized grains.

Instant cocoa + inulin powder

I use it when I do large carbohydrate loads.

I heard that inulin is a great supplement to reduce the glycemic load and slow down its absorption, that way you will have less risk of getting diabetes, and getting more tonelete as it happens to me in volume. You can also use pears, but since they have fructose you have to control yourself by eating them. PS: in presentation I give it a 4 because I like the jars better, I know it would be more expensive, but I like it better.

A discovery

I had been looking at it for a while but I couldn't bring myself to get it and in the end it ended up as a gift in an order. And what a surprise! It has a perfect cocoa flavor, with good solubility, and after finishing it, you feel like another one!
