I bought it for my girlfriend, who used to go to the bathroom every 2 or 3 days and in some cases more, and a few days after she started taking it she started going to the bathroom every day and some days even twice, totally effective and no visible side effects so far.

Psyllium husk
I have been taking it for three days now and it seems to be starting to work little by little. I have gone to the bathroom two of the three days, once each day, although it is still a little difficult. So far so good. Thank you
Gracias
