Practical
I prefer the powder format because it's more versatile, but I tried it in capsules for its practicality.

Psyllium husk 700mg
Easy to take and very effective
Due to the low fiber intake in today's diet, I find this type of supplement essential to maintain good intestinal health. The capsule format is very easy to take and the effects are immediately noticeable. In my case I take one capsule before each meal with a large glass of water. I now go to the bathroom every day.

Easy to take and correct
Due to the format of the product, it is easy to take with water and leaves no taste. It is still too early to check more long term results.
