A nutritionist friend recommended it to me because I have chronic constipation and it is the only thing I have tried that really works to regulate me. Other products I had tried gave me diarrhea, but did not regulate me, or worked only sometimes. I take two capsules before each meal with a large glass of water.

I bought them to regulate intestinal transit but they have not been effective. I have preferred to continue buying magnesium chloride, which works much better for me.
