A great product, but...
It is the best melatonin I have tried. I don't know exactly what the serotonin contributes but it is definitely better than the plain version. However, there are two drawbacks. The first is that the tablet is very large and I have always had trouble swallowing them. It is easily solved by splitting it in half, as it has a slit to cut it. The second is that when I bought the big bottle I have noticed that the effectiveness has been decreasing. This may be because I have become accustomed to it or because the last tablets in the bottle have suffered alterations. After some tests I suspect that it is the latter, although I cannot say for sure. In any case, I think it is a good product.
Es la mejor melatonina que he probado. No sé exactamente qué aporta la serotonina pero definitivamente es mejor que la versión simple. Sin embargo hay dos inconvenientes. El primero es que la pastilla es muy grande y yo siempre he tenido problemas para tragarmelas. Es fácilmente resoluble partiéndola por la mitad, ya que tiene una hendidura para cortarla. El segundo es que al comprar el bote grande he ido notando que la efectividad ha ido bajando. Eso puede ser porque me he habituado o porque las últimas pastillas del bote han sufrido alteraciones. Tras unas pruebas sospecho que es esto último, aunque no puedo afirmarlo. En cualquier caso me parece un buen producto.
Hello Jose, Melatonin and 5-htp do not generate tolerance so the effects are not reduced with continued daily intake. As long as you have properly stored the product, it is not possible that following the recommended consumption, the last tablets have lost properties since their durability is very long and they remain in good condition for months, most likely it was simply a subjective perception. Siempre que hayas conservado adecuadamente el producto no es posible que siguiendo el consumo recomendado, las últimas tabletas hayan perdido propiedades puesto que su durabilidad es muy prolongada y se mantienen en buen estado durante meses, lo más probable es que haya sido una percepción subjetiva simplemente.
