Vegan tablets of Melatonin and 5-HTP. With Vitamin B6 and Magnesium. Easy to take, one tablet a day. Melatonin contributes to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. In my case, they did help me to improve the quality of my sleep and rest, but I did not improve it completely.
