I love it, but I prefer pure melatonin.
I have been trying melatonin intermittently for some time, but in the end it works better for me without the 5-HTP. Even though this is an immediate serotonin precursor, I notice that I wake up more often when I take it, especially in the second half of the night. It may be coincidence, but I've been trying it for a while now and, at least with me, it works better pure, which I take from HSN also with B12.
Llevo tiempo probando con melatonina intermitentemente, pero al final me funciona mejor sin el 5-HTP. Aunque este sea un precursor inmediato de serotonina, noto que me despierto más a menudo cuando lo tomo, sobre todo en la segunda mitad de la noche.
