I used to buy the one from Mercadona, and then I tried to make it myself, but I couldn't because it was close to almond butter, (equally delicious!) maybe the one from Mercadona is thinner, but it comes in small quantities and is expensive... I needed more quantity because I use it a lot due to gestational diabetes, and this one is great! I hope they don't change or raise the price, so it's great!
