Best for recipes
Personally, the package is a bit big for me because I can't think where to use so many egg whites if not in some recipes. If you are a daily omelet lover, it will be perfect for you.

Liquid egg whites
Good
Ideal for a satiating and high protein breakfast. I mix about 3 egg whites with two whole eggs.

Effective but not for me
It can be a very useful product for those who take care of their diet and want to eliminate egg yolks from their diet. In the end, I personally prefer the eggs of a lifetime.

Great, virtually tasteless and odorless which helps to blend it into smoothies and get its benefits without the taste drawbacks of others.

Good product
The fact that it does not require refrigeration is a plus, the price is more expensive than refrigerated egg whites.
