The truth is that I was expecting something that would leave me quite sleepy but it is not at all strong or comparable to a benzodiazepine or pharmacological drug. After all, it is Valerian. In my case the effect is mild.

La verdad es que esperaba algo que me dejase bastante dormido pero no es para nada fuerte ni comparable a una benzodiazepina o droga farmacológica. Al fin y al cabo es Valeriana. En mi caso el efecto es ligero.
