I have to say that after three days and having tried other patents of Ashwagandha (KSM-66 and Sensoril) I have to say that if you are looking for the most sedative effect of the three this is yours, much more quality of sleep (more vivid dreams) and wake up more rested, I'm taking half a capsule before bedtime and half in the morning, at night I combine it with GABA and Glycine.
