The macros are exceptional, and the taste, a bit cloying for my taste, I "fix" it by adding 10 grams of protein hydrolyzate from the RAW series, 50 ml more water than recommended and a pinch of salt... so it is delicious. It satiates and fulfills the function I wanted: a pre-workout that I take 1 hour and a half before weight training and now that I start to subtract calories in my intake is perfect! I recommend it 100%, because despite having digestive problems, it doesn't make me feel bad at all!
