A long time
From my point of view, I wouldn't go to the trouble of buying this product, it stains a lot of gadgets and takes a lot of time. A smoothie is faster, has more protein. But of course, once in a while when you're like, I'm dying for some custard. Yeah, then great. Although with casein you get a very good density to make a custard-like custard. But I'm not unhappy with the product. Other brands have even less protein in the same product. In my case, I just don't like to get so confused.
Desde mi punto de punto de vista, no me liaría en comprar este producto, manchas muchos cacharros y se dedica mucho tiempo. Un batido es más rapido, tiene más proteinas. Pero claro, de vez en cuando cuando estás en plan, me muero por unas natillas. Si, entonces genial. Aunque con la caseina se consigue una densidad muy buena para hacerlas tipo natillas. Pero no estoy a disgusto con el producto. Otras marcas tienen incluso menos proteinas en el mismo producto.
En mi caso es que no me gusta liarme tanto.
