You have to leave a dessert pot prepared, then take the shaker with the liquid inside, I put light soy or unsweetened almond drink, then pour the two ladles and quickly give it four very quick shakes (or it will curdle inside) and pour it into the dessert pot. Hay que dejar una vasija de postres preparada, luego coger el shaker con el líquido dentro, yo le pongo soja light o bebida de almendras sin azúcar, luego le echas los dos cazos y rápidamente le das cuatro meneos muy rápidos ( o te cuajara dentro) y lo viertes en la vasija de postres. Según la cantidad de líquido conseguirás un púding o un mousse digno de cualquier pastelero. Riquísimo!

I bought it without much hope, just to try something different from protein shakes and I was very surprised. I have the chocolate flavor and it is like the chocolate puddings that are sold already made (for example the Kindhals of Nestle or the chocolate of Carrefour) although perhaps a little less intense flavor. I make it with 25gr of product + 100ml of water. I will buy it again but in a different flavor to try it.

This is delicious! I made it in two ways, one with unsweetened almond drink and the other with light soy beverage (Café con Leche flavor). First you have to pour the liquid in a Shaker and have a bowl or dessert pot ready. Then you pour the two ladles and shake four times as fast as possible and pour it quickly into the bowl. It looks great. Depending on the amount of liquid you put in, it can be pudding or mousse texture.
¡Esto esta buenísimo! Yo lo hice de dos maneras una con bebida de almendras sin azucares y otra con bebida de Soja light y a cual más buena. ( Sabor Café con Leche ).
Hay que echar primero el liquido en un Shaker y tener un bol o vasija de postre preparada. Luego echas los dos cazos y agitas cuatro veces de la forma más rápida posible y lo viertes rápidamente en la vasija. Te queda estupendo. Depende de la cantidad de liquido que hayas puesto puede ser pudding o textura de mousse.
