I decided to buy this one to test the mixture and found that it is very complete including B12, iron and leucine. I chose chocolate flavor and I have to say that I like the chocolate flavor of the soy protein, in this one I notice more the flavor of the vegetable proteins that it contains, but it is still not unpleasant and it dilutes well.
