Evosterone gave a solid energy boost after a few days at 1–2 capsules per day. But not the jittery stress energy like with too much caffeine etc., which disrupts recovery. Acts like an adaptogen, similar to ginseng, so a calm energy... The effect is then also noticeable in the gym indirectly through a bit more strength and faster recovery. This effect is reproducible.

I recommend it but be careful not to lose sleep

I started taking it together with L-ARGININE a little over a month ago and I improved a lot in a couple of weeks, lifting more weight and looking in the best shape after 6 years of training. Taking one in the morning on an empty stomach and another one in the afternoon (at snack time), important: be careful with taking it close to bedtime, it affects my sleep.
