My opinion as a personal trainer, is for all those people who are starting now or are not very advanced in the fitness world who have seen the claim of this product. On this supplement there are not many studies done as with creatine that if it has its foundation and effectiveness. Ecdysterone is an uncertainty in its physical response as well as in its dosage, on the internet you can see hundreds of opinions, especially from supplementation sites that sell its effects as if it were an anabolic. What is certain is that we are not robots and that each person in its morphology is a world so you have to make a study of the subject, plan an exercise routine, motivate and set goals individually, taking into account the physical conditions and objectives of each person. I have tried this supplement, and I have obtained a yield of 10%, but be careful, with a series of premises without which the process is null. PS: in my 30 years of bodybuilding I have never taken any anabolic, I know what they do to the body. 1 - a diet of 5 or 6 well studied meals suitable for the subject, high in protein. 2 - a minimum of 7 hours of restful sleep 3 - a minimum of 5 days of intensive training. Everything will vary depending on the genetics of each person.

Good supplement

I've been taking it for a couple of months and the truth is that the effect is noticeable. I have gained a little strength in training and some weight. It doesn't work miracles but it works. To put a downside, it is a bit expensive but it is worth it.
