You can feel the energy
It works well for energy; I feel more active when I take it. I don't know if the warm feeling is from the product or the summer weather, but there is a slight warmth. They don't make me itch like other fat burners and I haven't noticed any weird effects. They are not magic pills: they work, but they need to be accompanied by proper diet and exercise. On their own, I don't think they do much.
