I have been taking them for several months, almost a year. In the last few months I also take it together with Biotin. I use an anti-hair loss shampoo and sometimes a vitamin C serum. I no longer use any plastic combs, they are all made of wood and natural bristles. The change in my hair loss is spectacular. I notice it is much stronger and I certainly have more quantity. I like to make a detailed review because I don't know if it's only because of this product or because of everything I've told you. I am going to continue taking them for sure.
Llevo varios meses, casi un año tomándolas. En los últimos meses lo tomo también junto a la Biotina. Uso un champú anticaída y a veces un suero vitamina C. Ya no uso ningún peine de plástico, todos son de madera y cerdas naturales. El cambio de la caída de mi cabello es espectacular. Lo noto mucho más fuerte y tengo más cantidad desde luego. Me gusta hacer una reseña con detalle porque no sé si es sólo por este producto o por todo lo que os he comentado . Yo desde luego voy a seguir tomándomelas segurísimo.
