Good product
Good product to help falling asleep. Despite not having a high concentration of melatonin, the synergy of the other components makes it a peaceful sleep.

I bought it for my partner because he has sleep problems and, according to what he tells me, it is very effective, although the taste improves if taken with cold water instead of hot water.

Excellent
It helps in times of increased nervousness, seasonal changes or when the body does not regulate well that we have to go to sleep and rest.

Promotes rest
I love this product I take it before bed with an infusion, it really works for me, I stopped taking it and that's when I noticed it worked. Maybe it is a little sweet but since I use it as a sweetener I have no problem. I have also tried the tablet format but I personally like to take it with an infusion before going to sleep. I have switched to a bottle for my convenience. Very good product.
