Great price and good taste. Contains various ingredients that conciliate sleep. Only two notes: I would prefer stevia to artificial sweetener. The second note concerns the solubility of melatonin: after a while a deposit forms because it is poorly water-soluble. To make it fully water-soluble requires binding melatonin and adenosine.

Ottimo prezzo e buon sapore. Contiene vari ingredienti che conciliano il sonno. Solo due appunti: preferirei la stevia al dolcificante artificiale. Il secondo appunto riguarda la solubilità della melatonina: dopo un pò si forma un deposito perchè è scarsamente idrosolubile. Per renderla completamente idrosolubile occorre legare melatonina e adenosina.
