Unpleasant taste but convenient
It does not give me stomach problems, like other types of magnesium, and it has a very good price. The taste is unpleasant, similar to bicarbonate. Also after a couple of months after opening, some of it started to turn black (maybe oxidation?). So better to buy smaller packages if you don't consume much of it.
Non mi dà problemi allo stomaco, come altri tipi di magnesio, ed ha un ottimo prezzo. Il sapore è sgradevole, simile al bicarbonato. Inoltre dopo un paio di mesi dall'apertura, una parte ha iniziato a diventare nera (forse ossidazione?). Quindi meglio comprare pacchi più piccoli se non se ne consuma molto.
