I bought it to regulate hormonal activity, I've only taken one bottle, but so far I'm doing very well with the multivitamin, I've already bought two more, because only after 2 or 3 months you can have a more formed opinion about the menstrual cycles. The only downside is having to take 2 capsules twice a day, it was more practical to take them in 1 or two capsules.
Comprei para regular a atividade hormonal, só ainda tomei um frasco, mas até à data estou a dar-me muito bem com o multivitamínico, já comprei mais dois, pois só passado 2 ou 3 meses é que se pode ter uma opinião mais formada sobre os ciclos menstruais.
O único senão é ter que se tomar 2 cápsulas 2 vezes ao dia, era mais prático a toma em 1 ou duas cápsulas.
