It works great but over a long period of time it can produce excess B6 and lead to acne breakouts. I take breaks and it works great for me.

Good value for money considering the 40.1 ratio.

The complex is very good, the issue is that although the ratio of mio-chiro inositol is indicated for the PCOS issue, I think the dosage is not enough for me and it is very uncomfortable to take so many capsules a day. It worked well for me, but the powdered option works much better for me.

El complejo está muy bien, el tema es que aunque la ratio de mio-chiro inositol sea la indicada para el tema del SOP, creo que la dosificacion no es suficiente para mi y se hace muy incómodo tomar tantas cápsulas al día. Me fue bien, pero la opción en polvo me va mucho mejor.

These pills have regulated my period, and I used to take a lot of painkillers because of the pain and now with only 1 or none I can get through my period. It's incredible, my acne has improved a lot too. In the first months I didn't notice much but this is the fourth month (and fourth bottle) and the difference in my cycle has been abysmal. Estas pastillas me han regulado la regla, además antes tomaba muchísimos analgésicos por el dolor y ahora con 1 o ninguno puedo pasar el periodo. Es increíble, el acné me ha mejorado mucho también. A los primeros meses no noté mucho pero este es el cuarto mes (y cuarto bote) y la diferencia en mi ciclo ha sido abismal. Totalmente recomendable si tienes SOP o dolores muy fuertes.
