Lo tome media hora antes de entrenar, sabor insufrible, pero ningún pre entreno de ninguna marca está bueno, sabe a red bull pero con cierto toque amargo, pero lo que importa es que note un gran impulso de energía y picor de la beta alanina que en mi caso me gusta que se note, he probado otras marcas y puedo decir que este es muy efectivo no me lo esperaba, en cuanto a las bolsas en las que viene todo lo de hsn no puedo cerrarlas fácilmente utilizo botes vacíos de otros productos lo recomiendo para mejor conservación.
