If you want a touch of energy but also fast absorbing carbohydrates to make your workouts stronger...take it. I've tried lemon flavor and it's good and the fruit punch which in my opinion is not bad but a little bit too sweet.

Tanto limón como grosella negra bien de sabor. Lo utilizo como pre-entreno y se nota. Tiene un problema y es que luego es difícil rendir si no lo tomas, crea cierta dependencia. En función de si es entreno o competición, tomo los 50g o reduzco a 25-30g. Buen producto, también notas una mejor recuperación, seguiré comprándolo.
