Stress reliever useful for male sexual function
As per the title these properties are attributed to Ashwagandha, there is an addition of zinc in the formula which is synergistic with the general action of the phytocomplex. The capsules are small, so I take about 3 before bedtime: sleep improves and during the day I feel a little more energetic. It takes about ten days to appreciate the effects so at first you can't expect the maximum effect you need a little accumulation as they say. In my experience and that of many people taking this drug there are no contraindications of any kind at these dosages and most importantly.
Come da titolo sono attribuite alla Ashwagandha queste proprietà, nella formula vi è una aggiunta di zinco che è sinergica rispetto all'azione generale del fitocomplesso. Le capsule sono piccole, quindi ne assumo circa 3 prima di coricarmi: il sonno migliora e durante il giorno mi sento un po' più energico. Occorrono una decina di giorni per apprezzarne l'effetto quindi all'inizio non c'è da pretendere il massimo dell'effetto ci vuole un po' di accumulo come si suol dire. Per mia esperienza è di tante persone che assumono quest'erba non ci sono controindicazioni di nessun tipo a questi dosaggi e soprattutto.
