Not what I expected

I bought them as an alternative to the HSN ones and I have to say that I prefer the HSN ones. These have less concentration and I seem to notice less effect. They are easy to swallow but the dosage is lower than HSN Essential.

Las compré como alternativa a las de HSN y he de decir que me quedo con las de HSN. Éstas tienen menos concentración y parece que noto menos efecto. Son fáciles de tragar pero la dosis es menor que las de HSN Essential.

It is a good supplement to take, whether combined with the 1.8g melatonin to increase the dose, or if you don't need so much and 1g is enough. I would just remove the encapsulation.
