I have been taking bamboo from other brands, but I have opted for this one because of its standardization and it seems to be of high quality. I have been taking bamboo for some time for my joints, because of the silica it contains, so I put it as another essential nutrient for my musculoskeletal system, along with calcium, magnesium, harpagofito, boswellia, ect.
