Perhaps, since I take many supplements and also very large softgels of omega 3, it is not enough for me for a week since one compartment holds many tablets or capsules but if you use more than a dozen you need to employ 2 daily compartments.

The blue color is nice and the presentation is good. The hinge is not just that the plastic is thinner because at first it is difficult to open and then I imagine that it loosens over time.
