I haven't noticed any mega effects because I haven't been taking it for long, but I do have a more regular cycle and I notice that in general it feels great and I would recommend it a thousand times.

The product fulfills its function, however, I get a little confused measuring with the spoon because it is the same for all powdered products and as I consume it first thing in the morning, it is worse. As a negative point, I don't like that it comes sweetened. I think it's a little too much sweetener. I bought the mango one.

I have already bought this product three times, the flavor I like the most is the peach, the watermelon is fine but I love the peach. It dissolves very well, I always take it with cold water, and it is very easy to take. Regarding its effectiveness I can't say much, I have read that other women who use it have found it has helped them improve their cycle or bring it back, it's not my case at the moment, every woman will need her time. Ya he comprado tres veces este producto, el sabor que más me gusta es el de melocotón, el de sandía está bien pero el de melocotón me encanta. Se disuelve muy bien, yo siempre lo tomo con agua fría, y es muy fácil de tomar.
Respecto a su efectividad no puedo decir mucho, he leído que a otras mujeres que lo usan les ha ayudado a mejorar su ciclo o a traerlo de vuelta, no es mi caso por el momento, cada mujer necesitará su tiempo. Aún así voy a seguir usándolo, de todos los productos que he probado es el que más me gusta, el más completo por su composición y la relación calidad/precio es increíble.

The sweetness seems too much to me. I chose watermelon flavor. I understand that they do it this way maybe so that people don't find it uncomfortable to take it, the problem is that I take other products of the brand during the day, which are also sweetened, so I end up being disgusted by so much sweetness. An unsweetened format is always appreciated. On the other hand, I like the formula in terms of nutrients per dose.
El dulce me parece demasiado. Lo elegí sabor sandía. Entiendo que lo hagan así quizás para que a la gente no le resulte incómodo tomarlo, el problema es que tomo otros productos de la marca en el día, que también están edulcorados, con lo cual me termina asqueando tanto dulce. Un formato sin edulcorar, siempre se agradece.
Por otro lado me gusta la fórmula en cuanto a los nutrientes por dosis que tiene.

I have tried the peach flavor and the mango flavor, honestly both are great, they are not super sweet (and I don't even add sugar or sweeteners to my coffee), it seems as if you were drinking a soft drink without gas. There are many products of this type in the market of different brands and presentations, personally I prefer this one due to the price/quantity. It is a product that to be taken every day requires that its price is not high, and this is undoubtedly my favorite. A must for children with polycystic ovary syndrome !!!! The only thing that makes me squeak a little is the presentation because it reaches a point where it does not close, maybe they should make a bottle with a lid for people who want it and to refill that bottle buy the current presentation (to reduce plastics). You can also close it with airtight clamps like those of ikea or a jar that you have. It lasts approximately 2 months and a half/3 months.
He probado el sabor de melocotón y el sabor de mango, sinceramente geniales los dos, no están super dulces (y eso que no le echo azúcar ó edulcorantes ni al café), parece como si tomaras un refresco sin gas.
Hay muchos productos de este tipo en el mercado de diferentes marcas y presentaciones, personalmente prefiero este debido al precio/cantidad. Es un producto que al tomarse todos los días requiere que su precio no sea elevado, y este sin duda alguna es mi favorito.
Un imprescindible para chicxs con síndrome de ovario poliquístico!!!!
Lo único que me chirría un poco es la presentación porque llega un punto en el que no se cierra, quizás deberían hacer un bote de tapa para las personas que así lo desean y para rellenar ese bote comprar la actual presentación (por tema reducir plásticos).
También podéis cerrarlo con pinzas herméticas tipo las de ikea ó algún bote que tengáis.
Dura aproximadamente 2 meses y medio/3 meses.
