I have tried the orange flavor. I have been taking it since December for PCOS. My gynecologist approves of its ingredients and so far, I get my period every month or at most a longer cycle. It has the right dosages of d-chiro inositol and myoinositol for pcos. Also, coincidentally, I discovered that the dosages of B6 and folic acid are also optimal for those who, like me, need such supplementation due to high levels of homocysteine given by mthfr mutation. Icing on the cake, it contains B12, so suitable for those on a vegan diet. Overall it is an excellent supplement, the only downside is that it contains sweetener. Ciliegina sulla torta, contiene B12, dunque indicata per chi segue una dieta vegana.
Nel complesso è un ottimo integratore, l'unica nota dolente è che contiene edulcorante. Chiederó pertanto al servizio clienti se sarà possibile rivedere gli ingredienti.
